Whether you’re grappling with unresolved childhood issues, navigating transitions, or seeking to understand recurring patterns in your life, I am here to offer you support, guidance, and a listening ear.my approach is rooted in the belief that our past experiences and unconscious motivations shape our present thoughts and behaviors. Through insightful dialogue and exploration, I aim to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, uncover hidden patterns, and make meaningful changes in your life. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or existential questions, I am here to support you on your journey towards self-discovery and personal transformation.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): I believe that CBT is best suited for self motivated and individuals willing to put in the work, both in therapy and outside of sessions. Background

I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work for Michigan State University in 2009 immediately followed by myMaster’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University in 2011. I spent many years working in the emergency room specializing in assessment and crisis interventions. It was in those settings that I was able to recognize my desire to help facilitate and support change through outpatient work. I spent a few years working as a behavioral health care manager in primary care clinics before finally gaining the confidence and experience to open this practice with my colleague, mentor and co-owner, Tiffany Turner. When I am not working, I love to spend time with my husband, 2 daughters and dogs. In my free time I enjoy exercise, time on the lake and going to the zoo! My career is my passion and I feel honored that I get to spend it helping others.
